Whether you're a ukulele novice or a seasoned strummer the Vancouver Ukulele Circle is for you! It's the oldest ukulele club on the American Continent.

You say you can't sing and can barely play? NO PROBLEM! Quality is not an issue. We do this for fun. Sing as loud and free as you like because everyone else (over 100 people) is doing the same. We play from a 230 page book of classic songs.

Want to perform? Our open-mic time is your chance to shine no matter what level you're at. In fact the applause is all the louder for brave beginners.

So come and experience the folk music of the new millennium. Ukulele is where it's at! Third Tuesday of the month "Rogulele" nights at the St. James.

Environmental Initiative: Like many organizations, the Rogue is concerned about the environment. We are doing our best to separate and recycle wherever we can. We use compostable cups at all shows, and charge 25 cents for all cups (beer, wine and coffee). We encourage people to reuse their cups if they return to the bar for another beverage. We also invite you to bring your own cup or glass. Beer drinkers can choose to consume right out of the can. These may seem like small things, but they are an important contribution to cleaning up our planet.
