| CiTR's annual funding drive, part one. This show was a bit of a challenge! Four hours of "spruiking" (aka hawking our wares) is pretty intense. I had three helpers in the phone room: Heather Kitching of Queer FM, and Arthur & Andrea Berman of Pacific Picking. Thank you!!!! A little ironic, perhaps, but also a good indication of why CiTR needs funding: we had 3 phone operators, two phone lines, and only one phone line that actually worked! However, in spite of this fairly large obstacle, we managed to raise $1,000 for the station! Huge thanks to all who pledged your support!
