| This edition of the Saturday Edge was programmed to mark the 75th anniversary of CiTR / Rad Soc / UBC Student Radio Society. I added a few songs recorded in 1937, and the Amelia Earhart song was included because she disappeared that year. Then I added some pivotal historic recordings from the intervening years too (chosen from a personal perspective, not a universal one. | ||||
| This was also the first time I tried a new App on the iPad to play the songs: Djay. It's free, but it takes a bit of tweaking. I'm still working on adjusting the cross-fades properly, so don't be too alarmed if you listen to the podcasts! | ||||
